With our 4 weeks Free Dragon Pass program, you can get into training and experience what dragon boating is all about.
Work with our coaches and develop your personal fitness goals and even join us at our local regattas.

Open Day and Novice Program

Register for our Open Day - Saturday 24th Feb @ 10am - 12pm

Register for Novice Session 1 - Tuesday 27th Feb @ 6:30pm - 8pm

Training Schedule

Check our Club Calendar to see when we are next training.

Training times are:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.30 - 8.00 pm
  • Saturdays 7.15 - 9.00 am

We train at 17 Bank St, Pyrmont, near the corner of Quarry Masters Drive.

Training sessions are varied and designed to help paddlers of all levels to build strength and fitness. In addition to an on-land and on-water warm up, expect everything from resistance work to endurance drills to practice race starts in preparation for racing.
